Pretty and Sturdy, but Needs Some Tweaks

I recently started using this health planner, and overall, I'm pleased with it. The book itself is very pretty, and I appreciate the sturdiness of the hardcover. It's great that it encompasses both fitness and nutrition, as they go hand in hand. While I don't use all the spaces in the book, it has definitely helped me stick to the plan I make at the start of each week.

The start-of-the-month reflection page is a nice touch, but I often forget it's there since there's nothing guiding me to refer back to it. I think the Personal Best (PB) page would be more effective at the end of the month, helping to bookend the work done on the weekly pages with the monthly reflection. Additionally, the PB page could serve as a reflection page instead, as there are only so many PBs one can achieve in a month.

On the weekly pages, I love the Workout Plan section versus the space to log what you actually did. The meal plan versus actual tracking is also fantastic. However, some lines on the meal plan pages would be helpful since it's a double-page spread, and it's easy to get off track onto the second page. Perhaps a grid layout would be more effective.

I also appreciate the different color pages for each month, making it easy to differentiate. However, the white font is hard to read on some of the lighter color pages.

One downside was the shipping. It took a long time to arrive, even considering it was coming from the EU to the US. The book was shipped in a bubble bag, so the edges of the cover were a bit bent and banged up when it arrived.

It is amazing and comes in handy for when we do our workouts and what we eat. I never use to remember to put it in my tracker on my phone whereas now the book just comes everywhere with me in my bag.
